win ce image, and some other questions.

hi all.
3 questions:
1. does any one have win ce image?
2. how do i make an image from my hd (for backup)? do i open the dt366 take it out and connect it to my pc?
3. is it recommended to upgrade to 4 gb or use the cf?
i am planning on installing twonav (www.townav.com) on it, any insight on that?
