WebDT RemoteManager-CE client

the WebDT RemoteManager-CE client is a program running on the DT which listen to port 8994 and i think it is used to remotely manage the Webdt ( you can find it in Control Panel)
i tried to connect to it by opening the web browser from my desktop PC and inputing the IP address of the webdt followed by the port address. I alwas get WRONG-Signature response
did anyone sucessfully got connected to it?
or has anyone got a client program which runs on desktop PCs and connects to it, i think this program is written by DT research but i couldnt find it on their website
