I am trying to download and install a couple of programs, but I can't figure out where the  .exe files go on this thing. All I can find are shortcuts that target the /windows/ folderor the /windows/programs/ folder but all these contain are shortcuts. When I download an executable and try to run it I get a  "can not find "filename.exe" or missing component, check path and file..."

Where are the executables stored?
How do I download an executable and where do I save it to?
What else am I missing here?
