MicroXP and FBWF

Anybody have FBWF working on MicroXP. I'm assuming that the registry entries I create should be starting a service, but they don't. When I try to enable FBWF I get the error "Unable to communicate with the file-based write filter".

I'm using the information from this article to set it up: http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/winnt-based/121088-guide-using-fbwf-windows-xp-pro.html

Help would be greately appreciatted.
