I bought one of these units from an online seller who said that the CE image was included in the package but it didn't have it and I need to restore CE. Does anyone have a ghost image for the Aptigo T version?

They actually said it has CE? Unless they made their own, the 368 ran XPe, XP Pro, and there was some revision of Linux...
