It's an old addage: RTFM.
I happened across the dt366 manual during a search and in a rare moment of really understanding what was written I figured out how to control the screen brightness. (this is assuming that you have gotten the button manger (windows) installed and working).
Hold down the #3 front panel button and push down on the 4 way button. The screen should dim.
Hold down the #3 button and push up on the 4 way and the screen will brighten.
Hold down the #3 button and push the left side of the 4 way and the screen will shut off.
Hold down the #3 button and push the right side of the 4 way and the screen will go full bright.
http://www.dtresearch.com/support/index.htm#document Here is where you will find all the DT Research manuals.
So dear friends RTFM..... LOL
Hope this helps someone.

Re: Screen Brightness Solved !!!
I am running MicroXP with the button agent. Keys 3 & 4 are disabled only because I don't have a use for them.

Can you upload and image (file system copy) of this XP tablet.
OR anybody help me to increase the brightness on MicroXP!
Please, help me to use this tablet outdoors - the screen is completely invisible when the sun is above the horizon!
