No USB Hub Needed-Theory!
My theory on creating a backup image . Again this is a theory, not tested!
Ingredients:
If we have the above we can perform the following:
Ingredients:
- Live Linux on USB with Functioning Touch Panel and virtual Keyboard, and room for additional partition
If we have the above we can perform the following:
- Boot from USB Drive
- Open a terminal
- Follow these steps for DD http://www.justlinux.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=134457
- For the above substitue if=internal flash partition conaining winCE and of=spare partition on USB
Nothing is ever easy, but if it is difficult you must be doing it wrong.

Volkswagner, you're were kind of on the right track... but there's no need to use partitioning. Now that there's a way to run NimbleX off a USB stick, just make a 4gb usb stick and then use the DD command to backup the entire internal drive card onto your 4GB stick in a single image file ... it's only 512mb, so there's plenty of room on the USB stick.
Just use a USB stick that has good read/writes. I'm using a 4GB Kingston DataTravler and I get very good read/write speeds on it.
That way, in the event of a worse-case-scenario, you can boot off the 4gb USB stick and then use DD to restore your entire WebDT back to normal.
Because these are RAW images, they are perfect for a complete recovery solution.

Couple times that I booted to nimblex my resolution was off. If you go "fishing" below view its next to the menu button. If you right click on the desktop you can "run a command". Try typing "konsole" there. I think thats the bundled terminal with KDE3

Another method is just bring up the KDE file browser, and tap the "F4" key on the XVKBD program ... that will launch a console window in whatever folder you are browsing.
