Feel I should endorse these DT-366 units. I bought 2 recently, both still in original OEM box and have plastic protectors taped to the screen, pristine condition.
These units are LX-800 processors, 512/512, mini-PCI ethernet, USB 2.0. These also have the dock, rubber grips, stylus, charger. The internal batteries in both of mine were still decent as well, they hold a charge for > 1.5 hours. These are MUCH better than the used GX units that you can get on ebay. The only negative is that there are no OS license stickers on them, so the OS that you load should be from a purchase.
The shipping from Canada took about a week to Western Washington, so once he shipped it I thought that it was reasonable.
The only difficulty is that the internal battery (BIOS) is dead, but an easy replace at any decent battery retail place (got mine at Fred Myers).
Because of the BIOS battery issue, one of mine arrived in what I initially thought was DOA, but I later saw that the screen was so dim that I could barely see the faint text . I then booted into the bios (F1) to set the brightness, but still it did not brighten the screen.
I then ghosted a known good image (From the first one that I bought and built) and then I was able to use the brightness adjust (hard button 3 & Vol+), and wham, everything was beautiful.
I was able to use nLite to create an XP image that results in > 150 MB free after the install. I configured the install to use an external fast USB (8 GB) for both programs and temp, and I can load anything without using the precious 512 MB Disk. Just get a super small USB, I recommend this Lacie MosKeyto from Amazon, as it is only large enough to cover the USB port and not stick out at all

I also got an external battery from here:

The picture shows a beat up one, but mine appeared to be brand new, and with both batteries I get > 5 hours of run time. I offered $20 and he accepted immediately.
