Touchscreen doesn't work

Hello, I am a new WEBDT366 user, and new on this forum.
I have already read most of the topics, but still I cannot install the touchscreen.
I have WEBDT366,
MicroXP,
all drivers installed,
- graphic card,
- WIFI,
- Audio ect. .
- PENMOUNT installed, too.
But the touchscreen doesn't work
Regards
Should I install any additional drivers?

Have you verified the hardware works, under WnCE or possible the nimblex live environment?

Yes, the touchscreen did work under WinCE, but it doesn's under XP.
After driver for graphic was installed, one more unknown device is shown, but the graphic card was identified and installed. Penmount has no devices on the list.
It looks as if there was a driver needed

The problem is still not solved.
Touchpad does't work.
I installed Penmount drivers and driver graphic card, but it still doesn't work.
It worked under winows CE5.0, but it doesn't under XP mini.
After I installed driver graphic card , an additional device appeared, but I don't know if this is a touch screen device

it works! I installed windows XP SP3 and everything is ok
