wireless missing

Hi i'm installing WinXp emb. All work fime but i don't have wireless, driver is ok, i eneble services but when i fing wireless networks, wireless card dont found it. The wireless card is ok any ideas. The card i cisco 350 may be missing some files or i dont know wahat. Any ideas?

nevermind.. forgot what forum i was in..
i might have a copy of the drivers at work, but the drivers i have uses Aironet client utility, which doesnt like wpa encryption

I went through the trouble of registering with Cisco so I could get the Cisco 350 Driver and Client utility.I can send it if you like.
