I think the answer to this is "its not possible", but needed to ask. I have a .exe that i want to run on my DT at windows CE startup. Is there anyway for this to happen without updating the main CE image?

iphlpapi.dll Its giving me this this error message at startup. That it cannot start. Please expalin  Im using Windows 98 se.
