I had the honor to spend a day with Quoteaholic to put together a semi-stable build of Debian on my WebDT. Includes was a bunch of linux tools I use on a day to day basis for scanning and analyzing the 2.4Ghz Spectrum. Besides the Kismet wifi scanner working on my USB Realtek wifi card, and btscanner to hunt down bluetooth devices, the most notable tool is Spectool, the spectrum analyzer software used for the WiSpy. I was really happy to bring my Wispy along for the trip so he had some time to get Spectool working. Definitely wish he had one so he could get some of the bugs worked out, and with his new move to a further state I am not sure when the next time he will have a chance to play with mine. But hell, I have been having a blast with mine!
Some eye candy.
