Question about Internal IDE flash drive connection pin outs

Question about Internal IDE flash drive connection pin outs

Hi,

Are these pinouts from the main internal ide-flash drive the same as in 2,5' laptop hdd ?
What i want to do is connecting internal flash drive to ordinary PC and upload OS this way.

The Primary Master HDD connector leading into the FlashROM board is a typical 2mm 44 pin IDE pinout, although the header is NOT typical. If you want to use it, it must be replaced on the board.
