ok I have a raw file. not sure exactly what to do with it.

i assume rawrite it to a usb or cf?

Thanks that step by step was easy 

My only issue was I had hidden files turned on in folder options.
So my first attempt failed .
But rebuilt the stick and it works fine.

I imagine you could dd this to cf card?
