I have got the unit DT368 (Hard Disk 0:512Mb-Flash Memory; Hard Disk 1,2,3: None; 256Mb-RAM. BIOS (DTResearch DT368 BIOS ver.2.00.28) can be accessed through the key F2 and his settings are not changeable.
